Job Title: Training Development Manager
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training solutions, as well as experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Training Programs: Create comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our organization.
  • Manage Training Teams: Lead and manage a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all training materials and programs meet the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their training needs and develop programs that meet those needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training solutions.
  • Experience in Management: Have experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles: Have knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in training delivery.
