As a Clinical Psychologist Senior Leader, you will provide high-quality evidenced-based mental health interventions to children, young people, their families, and carers. You will develop and implement innovative strategies that impact on service-wide operations.
You will also be responsible for fostering a professional learning environment through workplace training, mentoring, coaching, and collaboration with staff.
Your deep understanding of child protection issues, systems, and their connection to mental health will enable you to provide high-quality evidence-based mental health interventions to children, young people, their families, and carers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have significant experience in providing high-quality interpersonal and communication skills, including legally defensible writing.
