We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team in this unique and supportive workplace. As a Psychosocial Services Coordinator, you will work across two programs: Country Wellness Connections and NDIS Support Coordination, delivering psychosocial support to clients with episodic mental illness and connecting services to meet their individual goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide collaborative approach in assisting clients to build independence and coping skills
  • Establish positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Deliver psychosocial support services to clients with episodic mental illness

**Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in mental health or working towards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships
  • Understanding of the issues relating to mental health for people in rural and remote communities
