Job Description:

The Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Avionics is responsible for ensuring the highest level of maintenance quality on assigned aircraft in compliance with company policies, procedures, and National Aviation Authority regulations. Key duties include maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience, carrying out tasks in a timely manner, and working collaboratively with the Quality & Safety Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with relevant Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA)
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Carrying out tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure aviation quality and safety
  • Assigning and supervising tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) allocated to the job
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications
  • Experienced and hold qualifications on light and medium Bell, Airbus, and Leonardo model helicopters
  • CASA B2 license holder
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a busy environment with strict deadlines
  • Understanding of CASA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good computer literacy and experience working with aircraft maintenance programs
Desirable Criteria:
  • Bell 212/412 Type Ratings
  • Experience in installations and modifications
  • Competency in the use of computer-aided design programs
