Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical assessment and development of plans of care in partnership with customers and their loved ones
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to customers
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational, professional and aged care standards
Requirements:
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery
  • Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care
  • Sound understanding of medication systems
