Site Director Opportunity

A high-impact leadership position to steer a significant facility in its next phase of growth, operational efficiency, and strategic investment.

The Challenge

This role offers an experienced operations leader the opportunity to shape the direction of a business-critical site, driving transformative change through effective management and process improvement.

  • Lead a team of over 200 people across production, quality, technical, engineering, warehousing, and maintenance functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase site capacity, streamline operations, and embed continuous improvement disciplines that enhance performance and throughput without compromising quality or safety.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure full-site accountability for safety, quality, service, cost, and people performance.
  • Deliver a multi-year site performance roadmap, including scaling capacity and reducing waste.
  • Drive cultural and operational improvements through CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Oversee execution of site-based capital works and asset upgrades in partnership with the national engineering team.
  • Coach and develop your leadership team to build a high-performance, highly engaged workforce.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying areas for rapid improvement and long-term transformation.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, planning, technical, and commercial functions to ensure seamless delivery.
