**Job Title:** Injury Management Advisor

Join a dedicated team as an Injury Management Advisor, blending strategic oversight with hands-on injury and claims management. You'll manage portfolios across Early Intervention and Pre-Employment Medical programs while guiding injured staff back to safe, sustainable work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage portfolios of injured staff, providing guidance on return-to-work planning and injury case coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategies for early intervention and pre-employment medical programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, insurers, and treating professionals, to achieve optimal outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Solid experience in injury management and workers compensation, particularly across VIC and NSW schemes.
  • Strong grounding in return-to-work planning, early intervention, and injury case coordination.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to inform, influence, and guide diverse groups.
