Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Culinary Expert to join our team at one of our nurseries. The ideal candidate will have excellent cookery skills and experience, as well as a positive attitude and passion for food.

About the Role

The Mobile Culinary Expert will be responsible for producing high standards of meals and food, following our company ethos and in line with seasonal availability and sustainability principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals for children and staff in accordance with our company's nutritional guidelines.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and waste management.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve food budgets and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain relevant health and hygiene qualifications and stay up-to-date with food trends and new methods.
