Key Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators to deliver high-quality projects that meet stakeholder expectations.
    • Develop and implement project management resources to support great project delivery across Xero.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and drive business outcomes.
    • Champion and drive processes and practices that enable project teams to do great work, while promoting a safe environment for people to grow, experiment, and learn.
    • Role-model exemplary leadership, supporting and growing the next generation of Project Managers and Project Coordinators at Xero.

Requirements

    • Proven experience managing and leading larger project teams in a fast-paced, modern business.
    • Excellent understanding of financial and business operations processes.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to build rapport, trust, and buy-in quickly.
    • Experience managing and growing teams, with a focus on developing and retaining top talent.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
