Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance on fully automatic and semi-automatic machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure safe operations. This involves inspecting equipment before installation and participating in improvement works to enhance efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and rectify production stopping issues promptly and safely. This requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Data Management: Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to record data and work efficiently. This helps track maintenance activities, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workshop and storage areas. This promotes a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance fitter or in machinery servicing is required.
  • A trade qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience is necessary.
  • Proficiency in mechanical skills, including fitting, welding, minor fabrication, and small machining works, is essential.
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe working practices are mandatory.
