We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our maintenance team at Infrabuild Manufacturing in Revesby. As a Mechanical Fitter, you will have the support and autonomy to manage breakdown and preventative maintenance for the manufacturing site. Our operational team is highly safety-focused and process-driven, working together with the production team to improve the site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execution of preventative and breakdown maintenance
  • Troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Providing timely feedback via the maintenance management system
  • Working as an efficient team member, liaising with the production team and other trades in the workshop
  • Completion of all tasks safely and to a high quality

We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant mechanical trade qualification
  • Exceptional fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
  • A proactive approach, with a strong focus on safety, customers, and teamwork
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Experience in Hydraulics and Pneumatics would be advantageous
  • A background in Heavy industry or Steel manufacturing environments would be ideal
