Join Our Team as a Paediatric Occupational Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a small team of Occupational Therapists and conducting joint sessions with staff members.

About the Role:

  • 70% clinical paediatric caseload and 30% management responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of Occupational Therapists
  • Conduct joint sessions with staff members
  • Work in the office 3 days a week and community 2 days per week
  • Complete admin tasks from home

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

What We Offer:

  • Above award salary packages - earn between $90,000 - $120,000 + super (depending on experience)

  • No KPIs for the first 3 months - then 3.5 billable hours per day

  • Team of 20+ Occupational Therapists
  • Collaborative fortnightly multidisciplinary reviews/case conferences

  • An approachable management team of experienced Occupational Therapists
  • Multidisciplinary working with Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists
