About the Role:

  • Collaborate with customers, especially those in highly regulated industries, to help them understand Trellix security best practices and implement effective security solutions.
  • Work with various teams within Trellix to develop and drive the adoption of security strategies and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Design and create high-quality content, such as whitepapers, reference architectures, and blog posts, to educate customers and the industry about Trellix security and best practices.
  • Provide and conduct various quality workshops, such as Security Operation Maturity Assessments, Incident Response Plan & Procedures, Operationalizing Threat Intelligence, and more, to help customers improve their security posture.
  • Mentor Trellix sales, presales, and specialist SE teams to provide expert advice to customers about the Trellix offering.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Trellix to drive successful outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • You must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in complex IT cybersecurity environments, such as SecOps, DevOps, Network, or similar operational units in business, information security, risk, or compliance roles.
  • You have deep expertise in one or more specific areas of risk and security analytics, large-scale security operations, cloud security, threat monitoring, Intelligence, hunting, detection, and Incident Response, as well as penetration testing.
  • You must have hands-on experience with working, designing, and implementing various security controls, such as Endpoint protection, detection & response, Email, Cloud, Network.
  • You are familiar with other security controls, such as TIP and SOAR.
  • You are passionate about cyber-security and are well-informed about Security Operation & Management of Devices, Networks, Gateways, and Cloud, having relevant technical, business, or security certifications in IT, cloud, or security.
  • You have a unique combination of deep cybersecurity knowledge, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are innovative in driving better and more efficient business practices and processes in Trellix to stay ahead of the curve.
  • You have demonstrated experience working in complex, highly regulated environments, such as government, financial services, healthcare, telco, or defense.
  • You have experience in a customer-facing, sales-aligned role, such as partner management, consultant, solutions engineer, or solutions architect.
  • You can articulate security risk and compliance strategies and plans to CISOs / CTOs / CIOs.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
