About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Solutions Architect to join our team at MF & Associates. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of cyber solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable and robust solutions aligned with the Essential 8 strategies to enhance cybersecurity posture across systems and networks.
  • Ensure alignment of service provider architecture documentation and Departmental IT delivery methodology architecture requirements.
  • Create detailed implementation plans for integrating security controls, based on Essential 8, into existing and new programs.
  • Work closely with business and UCT stakeholders, including application and operations team, developers, project manager and security teams, to ensure secure design and seamless implementation of cyber security measures.
  • Identify potential cyber security risks, assess vulnerabilities, and proposing necessary mitigations, through the development of threat model and key mitigating controls.
  • Review solution architecture and artefacts.
  • Designing secure architectural patterns and frameworks.
  • Solutioning cloud and on-prem network technology designs and documents to guide security solution delivery.

  • Security clearance (minimum baseline).
