Fund Accounting Team Supervisor

Job RoleThe Team Leader supervises and supports Senior Analysts and Consultants within the Fund Accounting team. They report to the Team Manager and assist with workflow distribution and maximizing team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Distribute work flows and utilize resources efficiently within the team
- E nsure accurate completion of NAVs across various Fund Accounting Clients
- Provide technical training and coaching for team members and brief staff on work-related issues and new initiatives
- Organize team work, assign tasks, set short-term priorities, and monitor activities for timely and accurate completion
- Ensure procedures are up-to-date and adhered to daily
- Assist in establishing team goals and objectives
- Generate process enhancement ideas and coordinate their introduction with supporting documented procedures
- Manage internal and external projects and client onboardings
We seek a candidate with a College or University degree and/or relevant work experience. Experience in Fund Accounting is required, and supervisory experience is desirable. Excellent communication skills and analytical problem-solving abilities are essential.
