Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Consulting and System Integrator (C&SI) partners, providing technical enablement and support to help them integrate our platform into their enterprise ecosystems.
  • Work closely with our technical and sales teams to identify and address customer needs, developing creative solutions to drive business value.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data engineering, data science, and cloud technologies, applying this expertise to drive innovation and growth within our partner network.
  • Collaborate with our product team to provide feedback and insights on our platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers and partners.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of customer-facing experience working with external clients or partners across various industry markets.
  • Core strength in either data engineering or data science, with expertise in at least one of the following areas: data engineering technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka), data warehousing (e.g., SQL, OLTP/OLAP/DSS), or data science and machine learning technologies (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, HPO).
  • Experience developing architectures within a public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Scala, or Java.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate technical concepts and lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
