About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Enterprise Architect to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our clients' IT landscapes.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices, with expertise in retail verticals and horizontal competencies such as business applications, data & analytics solutions, and modernized IT infrastructure based on software-defined and cloud technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead client engagements, develop innovative solutions, and drive business value through strategic enterprise architecture.

About the Job

In this pivotal new role, you will be responsible for supporting client managers in five key areas: Account Planning, Opportunity Seeding, Opportunity Strategy & Execution, Portfolio Ideation, and In-Contract Innovation Strategy.

  • Account Planning: You will work closely with the client manager to understand the client's current enterprise-wide landscape, their pains and ambitions, and identify potential value opportunities for NTT DATA.
  • Opportunity Seeding: You will support the client manager in client presentations and workshops to create awareness and interest in our portfolio offers, resulting in qualified opportunities.
  • Opportunity Strategy & Execution: You will play a key role in stitching together multi-domain solutions with solution and technical architects from various NTT Data service divisions, optimizing value and costing to balance client outcomes.
  • Portfolio Ideation: You will share client needs and wants with service divisions to trigger portfolio enhancements and related value propositions powered by leading-edge technologies.
  • In-Contract Innovation Strategy: You will define innovation strategies for large client installed bases, demonstrating NTT DATA's ability to bring innovation into ongoing delivery.

You will also be responsible for tracking leading activities and lagging indicators, including bookings growth attributable to your efforts and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support client managers in developing high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Document client insights, account plans, solution value propositions, facilitated client workshops, multi-domain solutioning, opportunity strategies, cost-value optimization, and in-contract innovation.
  • Engage C-suite executives in clients, strategic partners, and internally.
  • Orchestrate technical architects to optimize value-cost of solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a technology discipline.
  • Total experience of 15+ years, with 5+ years in delivering enterprise architecture engagements.
  • Experience in retail verticals, with exposure to best practices and business models relevant to these industries.
  • Expertise in business applications, data & analytics solutions, and modernized IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Evidence of engaging C-suite executives in clients, strategic partners, and internally.
  • Experience in orchestrating technical architects to optimize value-cost of solutions.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
