We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Resource & Operations Coordinator to join our Solid Waste Services team. This role will act as the primary point of contact between us and the client, ensuring the seamless coordination of waste services while maintaining strict adherence to environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate waste services and ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic oversight across the contract.
About You
  • You will have strong experience in workforce coordination and operations scheduling in an industrial environment.
  • You will be confident with software systems and tools, and able to keep data accurate and actionable.
  • You will understand the importance of compliance and onboarding in high-risk or industrial environments.
  • You will possess great communication skills, able to manage multiple moving parts and keep everyone aligned.
  • You will be solutions-focused, cost-conscious, with a track record of delivering efficiencies through smart workforce management.
