**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing safe and compliant maintenance services, leading a team of tradespersons and contractors to ensure optimum performance.

The role involves operational leadership, management, and development of direct reports, ensuring best practice maintenance and key performance indicators aligned to critical success factors. You will collaborate with the wider maintenance leadership team to develop and deliver a sound vision and strategy for WA Operations.

You will lead the procurement/management of contractors, offering technical advice and guidance where required. Additionally, you will be accountable for monitoring and reporting on operational maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of tradespersons and contractors to provide safe and compliant maintenance services
  • Develop and implement best practice maintenance strategies to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with the maintenance leadership team to develop and deliver a sound vision and strategy for WA Operations
  • Manage contractors and monitor operational maintenance activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • RAC (Restricted Access Competency) qualified
  • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or heavy engineering industry
  • Able to use Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
