Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Maintenance Lead to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of equipment on-site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, repaired, and functioning efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leading a maintenance team, formal trade qualifications as a mechanical fitter, and excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be able to motivate and develop your team members, making decisions effectively and thinking outside the box.

  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to carry out service work and repairs on site.
  • Evaluate and perform breakdown repairs in a timely manner.
  • Train team members to troubleshoot and identify risks on equipment.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders within the business.
  • Promote safe operating conditions by undertaking preventative maintenance.
  • Document and record all maintenance activities.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules to allocate work to the team.
