Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team. As a vital member, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Wash and sanitise dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas.
  • Manage the removal and disposal of waste, adhering to recycling and environmental guidelines.
  • Support the kitchen team by replenishing cleaning supplies and assisting with basic preparation tasks as required.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashers and industrial sinks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
