Job Overview

This is a highly technical leadership role that demands an in-depth understanding of Oracle database technologies, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to ensure the stability and availability of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deep expertise in Oracle database technology stack architecture, encompassing infrastructure and storage.
  • Advanced knowledge of security best practices, encryption, auditing, and compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in scripting and tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform or similar.
  • Proficiency in using tools like AWR, ADDM, and Event Settings for diagnosing and optimizing databases.
  • Experience in Exadata maintenance, patching, and performance optimization.
  • Exposure to PostgreSQL, Cosmos, or other NoSQL databases.
  • Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and Shell development skills are highly advantageous.
Requirements
  • OCP or OCM certification is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and consulting skills are crucial.
