We are seeking a motivated Sales Cadet to join our team in a supportive and high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Kick off sales cycles by identifying and qualifying prospects
- Connect with prospective customers through email outreach, LinkedIn and cold calling
- Work closely with Senior Consultants to book qualified meetings and take prospects through an enterprise sales cycle
- A genuine interest in building a career in sales or the supply chain industry
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone and in person
- An analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, interpret data, and identify trends
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player
- Self-motivated, with a natural drive to achieve goals and celebrate success
