Your Role

We are seeking energetic team players who have a keen interest in sales and customer service to join our Company as Christmas Casual Sales Professionals. As a Retail Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, offering professional and personalised service, and completing operational tasks such as stock replenishment and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offering professional and personalised service for customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
  • Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping.

What You Will Gain

  • Adults earn an estimated hourly rate of $32.18 plus applicable penalties for weekends and late nights, equating to approximately $30,000-$40,000 per annum.

Requirements

  • Results oriented and love selling.
  • Can work productively, both on their own and as part of a team.
  • Will demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with merchandising stock and refreshing displays.
  • Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays.
