About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced technology leader to join our team as the General Manager of Architecture and Technology Strategy. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering our technology strategy, driving engineering excellence, and fostering innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our technology strategy, aligning with business objectives and driving growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions.
  • Establish and maintain architecture standards, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team of technologists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technology leadership, with a strong track record of delivering strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, engineering principles, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on innovation, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
