About the Role

We are seeking friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

You will work throughout the store, performing a variety of tasks including receiving stock, replenishing shelves, picking orders for online customers, and being the last point of contact for our customers as they leave the store with their shopping.

Your Responsibilities
  • Greet and acknowledge customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for ourselves, each other, and our customers
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting with product location, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and easy to navigate
  • Process online orders efficiently and effectively to meet customer expectations
