Merchandiser Position Overview

This role involves working as an independent contractor within a defined territory to build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing Strong Relationships with store personnel to ensure effective execution of tasks.
  • Negotiating Promotional Space to maximize visibility for our products.
  • Creating Quality Displays in stores that meet our brand standards.
  • Executing Planograms Accurately to ensure optimal product placement.
  • Providing Daily Updates via smartphone/tablet, including task completion and quality photos.
  • Representing Our Brand Professionally at all times.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year retail or supermarket experience is highly desirable.
  • A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle are required.
  • Strong Communication Skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • An ability to work in a role that is physically demanding.
