Compassionate Home Care Assistant

This role is a Care Worker position serving clients across the Northern Beaches region. The position supports older community members to maintain independence and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care services, assisting clients with medications and mobility goals, delivering complex care for high-need clients, and transporting clients to activities or appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care services such as getting clients out of bed, showering and dressing
- Assist clients with medications and mobility goals; support rehabilitation aims
- Deliver complex care for high-need clients (e.g., dementia) and provide social/emotional support
- Transport clients to activities or appointments and support family carers
- Open Australian Driver's Licence with own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support in Ageing
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications
- Guaranteed hours and shifts in the Northern Beaches area
- Above Award rate $36.76 per hour + Super + Paid KM's
