Dedicated Store Assistants Wanted

At Hill Street, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Casual Team Members.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service in the grocery, counter, or produce departments
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a welcoming and attentive experience for customers
- Assist with daily store operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Friendly attitude and excellent communication skills
- Love of working with food and people
- Physical fitness for lifting and standing
- Ability to follow company procedures and regulations
- Ongoing availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend

Pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award, with base hourly pay rates varying by day of the week. Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
