Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive commercial growth and transformation initiatives. This role oversees supplier relationships, manages contracts for crew accommodation and transport, and leads initiatives to improve cost efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and draft contracts with suppliers, ensuring strong commercial agreements.
  • Analyze financial data, prepare business cases, and manage approvals to drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • B uild strong relationships across all levels of the organization, including international and senior stakeholders.
  • D eliver tough messages while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • M anage complex projects, including risk and change management.
  • A nalyze and report on key performance indicators using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
