**About the Role**

CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a construction project, ensuring it is executed within budget, timeline, and to the client's specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the build, ensuring it is executed within budget, timeline, and to the client's specifications.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work on-site, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Manage and motivate a team of workers, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager with a head contractor.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Well-versed in project management software and possess strong communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Trade background (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing) a must.
