Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and arrange business travel for corporate customers, conducting thorough analysis and research on options to anticipate traveler needs.
  • Achieve compliance with customer policies, service provider requirements, and regulatory demands using effective communication techniques.
  • Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to enhance service levels and deliver exceptional results.

What We Look For:

  • Passion for delivering outstanding client service and proactive anticipation of needs.
  • Native expertise in GDS (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus) and 3+ years of corporate travel experience.
  • Excellent professional communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality when handling personal traveler information.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues quickly and independently or through supplier partnerships.
