Job Description

Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of people looking for sustainable employment. Your main goal is to help individuals with greater barriers to entering the workforce find long-term fulfilling employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute tailored employment pathway plans
  • Deliver quality and compliance driven outcomes in line with government contracts requirements
  • Support job seekers to develop confidence and build skills to re-enter the workforce
  • Help employers find the right person for the job through reverse marketing and cold calling
  • Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide education on employment barriers and community stigmas to all stakeholders
  • Post placement support of job seekers and employers

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in employment services (although not essential)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A passion for helping people who face challenges in life
  • Strategic thinking and outcome orientation
  • Compliance and quality focus
  • Passion for finding people employment and striving towards the success of all stakeholders
