Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with local employers and customers, driving successful job placements and new business opportunities. As a specialist within the team, you will be responsible for conducting business development activities, including reverse marketing, telemarketing, and lead-generating activities.

You will work closely with frontline staff and customers from various employment programs to find the right staff member every time. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will travel throughout the Northern and Western Region of Melbourne.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with employers and internal stakeholders in person and on the phone.
  • Strong solution sales, business development/outbound sales experience.
  • Good understanding of the local labour market and ability to capitalise on opportunities quickly.
  • Personal integrity, professionalism, and empathy towards people living with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage successfully with employers, building long-term relationships.
  • Quality and contractual compliance.
