- The successful candidate will provide expert management and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement.
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to patients with complex psychopathology
- Provide clear direction and effective communication to the clinical team
- Lead and promote continuous quality improvement by identifying and addressing barriers to effective care
- Support the Allied Health Manager with recruitment and onboarding of clinical staff as required
- Facilitate training, professional development, and supervision for clinical team members as required
Applicants must hold recognized qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work or Mental Health Nursing, with significant experience in the mental health sector. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills are essential for success in this challenging yet rewarding role.
