We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Restructuring and Insolvency team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills, including diary management, administrative support, and client data management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide secretarial support to a Partner, Senior Associate, and Lawyer in all areas of secretarial support
- Manage crucial team administration, handle client queries, and manage the monthly billing process
- Assist with client queries, complete and oversee the monthly billing process, and input and maintain client data into client relationship software
- 3+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice group or a similar role
- Strong technical skills, including diary management, administrative support, and client data management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Practical and proactive approach, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
