  • Investigating Variances: Investigating and reporting on variances in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Research and Analysis: Researching and analysing workforce data to inform the development of operational plans and strategies.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of corporate and local information systems.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with a willingness to learn advanced features.
  • Experience in preparing data or reports using reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
