Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with site teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Liaise with the client to ensure successful delivery of the project, including managing variations and claims.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to manage the construction program and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues to ensure the project stays on track.
- Trade qualification as a Carpenter.
- Extensive local experience on commercial projects.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman delivering commercial projects.
- Excellent man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive direct and sub-contract labor.
- Highly skilled in OH&S.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems and manage conflict effectively.
- A commitment to quality and an eye for detail.
