About the Role:

In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing care standards, prioritizing workload, and adapting creatively to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care that meets the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Prioritize workload and adapt to changing circumstances to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Nurse or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Proven competence in nursing practice, with ability to prioritize workload and adapt creatively
  • Solid knowledge of nursing standards, relevant legislation, and Quality Improvement Systems in healthcare
