Procurement Specialist Opportunity

This role offers the chance to add to your government experience and work with flexibility.

  • Work on a hybrid schedule, combining office hours with flexible time off
  • Support senior managers and gain advanced procurement skills
  • Exposure to government processes and policies
Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting senior managers to coordinate procurement projects
  • Updating procurement records and generating reports
  • Supporting negotiation and review of supplier arrangements
  • Generating contract management plans and monitoring performance of suppliers
  • Escalating potential risks and identifying implementation requirements
  • Understanding business needs to participate in negotiations
  • Completing market research and assisting in data analysis to direct procurement planning
  • In-depth policy and operational understanding of procurement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
