Job Title: Sanitation and Quality Assurance Specialist

The Sanitation and Quality Assurance Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of sanitation and quality assurance at our manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain sanitation standards through cleaning validations, development, and compliance with sanitation checklists.
  • Review and manage chemical use to ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Provide support to the operations team by ensuring all elements of quality assurance daily KPI's are adhered to on a shift-by-shift basis.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Food Science or related discipline.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, food safety, or production roles gained from a food manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Solid understanding of sanitation and housekeeping standards.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Influencing skills to work effectively with a range of people.
