Job Overview

Social media plays a pivotal role in helping businesses connect with customers and showcase their products. As a social media coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy for brands across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the digital marketing manager to develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall business and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of social media campaigns, reporting on results to maximise impact.
  • Create and update a social media planning calendar covering all branded social channels and aligning with key marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with the brand management team to drive campaign development, including social creative development.
  • Expand social media platforms for brands beyond Facebook and Instagram.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A university degree in marketing, advertising, or communications is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience in traditional marketing and social media, with a passion for fitness and nutrition is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and SEO principles is mandatory.
  • A strong understanding of the sports lifestyle and a passion for building nutritional products that support this sector is critical.
