We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Horticulture Trainee.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or continue their career in the horticulture industry. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable skills.
Key Responsibilities- Turf management, including mowing, edging, and irrigation systems.
- Maintenance of healthy turf through regular mowing, watering, and fertilization.
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and gardens.
- Learniung how to operate and maintain horticultural tools and machinery.
- Gaining knowledge of pest, weed, and disease management techniques.
- Must have commenced their first year of an apprenticeship.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to follow and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and motivation to learn.
- Passion for fieldwork and result-driven.
