
Care Partner for People with Disabilities

Our organization is seeking empathetic and experienced individuals to support people with disabilities in our Young Adult Day Programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide experience-based support to individuals with disabilities
- Participate in activities provided to clients, including swimming and assisting clients access the community via public transport
- Utilize intermediate computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, client management tools)
- Maintain valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Relevant qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Allied Health, Mental Health or working towards it
- Auslan skills, or willingness to learn
- Experience with Tracheostomy, or willingness to learn
