This role plays a vital part in maintaining the highest standards of expertise in all aspects of swimming pool maintenance and water quality management.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a safe swimming environment by understanding and adhering to operational parameters and standards.
- Operate, maintain, and adjust automated chemical metering and dosing equipment.
- Ensure stock levels of pool chemicals and associated equipment are stored and managed safely.
- Experience daily maintenance of filtration systems, lint strainers, chemical, and centrifugal pumps.
- Complete all checklists and generated work orders within scheduled time frames to ensure a consistent standard of workload output.
- A valid manual driver's license is essential.
- Possession of a Pool Plant Operator certificate is advantageous.
- A Forklift license is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Experience with water filtration plants and small pump maintenance would be beneficial.
- A basic understanding of UV systems.
- Basis understanding of water hydraulics.
- Flexibility to work between the hours of 5am to 10pm including weekends and rotate shifts when required.
