Program Lead - Education

At the Transport Accident Commission Victoria, we're committed to making Victoria's roads safer for everyone. As a Program Lead - Education, you'll play a key role in achieving this goal by leading significant road safety community and school-based education programs and projects.

About the Role

The Program Lead - Education will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating community and school-based education initiatives as part of the TAC's evidence-based whole-of-school community approach to road safety. This will involve working closely with key stakeholders, including schools, local government, and the broader Victorian community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community and school-based education programs and projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve program outcomes
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of the Victorian Road Safety Strategy and Action Plan

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in community education and program development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in public health, education, community, or social sciences
  • Experience in program development, management, and evaluation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • A deep understanding of the Victorian education system
