As a senior analytics leader, you will oversee a high-performing team dedicated to the strategic design and optimization of our loyalty ecosystem.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that travel, redemption, and status propositions are supported by robust analytics and meaningful member insights.

  • Deliver data-driven analytics to support the evolution of loyalty travel products across multiple dimensions.
  • Lead analysis of redemption behavior, breakage, and margin to optimize product design and commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Loyalty Product teams to define and develop Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models and applications.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in analytics, loyalty, or travel-related domains with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle dynamics.
  • 3+ years leading analytics teams, with experience in loyalty program analytics or commercial travel data.
  • A deep understanding of how loyalty products and the travel journey fit together across data, systems, eligibility, and member experience.
