**About the Role: Showroom Assistant**

We're seeking a friendly and organised individual to assist customers in our showroom, helping them choose the perfect tiles for their pool or backyard area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting tiles and creating custom combinations
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Liaise with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

About You:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer service, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

While previous experience in design or renovation is advantageous, it's not essential. What's more important is your ability to build rapport with customers, work effectively as part of a team, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
