Arts Programming Leader

The Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality arts and cultural programming.
This involves overseeing all aspects of the art centre's operation, reporting directly to a senior advisor, and ensuring strategic and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities include day-to-day administration, financial management, funding, marketing, sales, and delivering arts and cultural services.
Cross-Cultural EnvironmentSuccessful applicants must be able to work in a cross-cultural environment and have previous experience in a similar role.
Location and BenefitsThe position is located in Irrunytju Community (Wingellina), Ngaanyatjarra Lands, WA.
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary package with ongoing employment subject to funding.
Selection Criteria- Effective communication skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the arts sector.
- Experience working with remote communities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects and governance, administration, and management.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work outside normal work hours.
