We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team at Randstad Australia, working in Aged Care facilities across Tasmania. As a Registered Nurse with Randstad, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care to clients in Aged Care facilities
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Australian work rights
- Current Flu and three Covid-19 vaccinations
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Tasmania
Preferred Qualifications:
- NDIS Clearance
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the Aged Care Sector
- National Police Clearance
